What we collect when you fill in a form

There are two forms on this site and both are optional.

The book request asks for your name, work email, company, and role. The contact form asks for those four plus company size, sector, and your message. Both record the time of submission, the IP address the request came from, your browser user agent, the referring page, and any UTM parameters present in the address when you arrived.

Both forms carry a consent checkbox pointing at this page. Neither can be submitted without it.

What we collect when you simply read a page

Every page view writes one row recording the path, the full address, the referring page, your browser user agent, and the IP address the request came from. That IP address is looked up against a geolocation service to derive an approximate country, region, city, timezone, and network provider, and those derived values are stored alongside it.

This is first party and is not shared with an advertising network. There is no advertising pixel on this site, no remarketing tag, and no third party analytics product.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own and does not use cookies to identify you. The scheduling page embeds a third party booking tool, and that tool sets its own cookies when it loads. If you do not open the scheduling page, it never loads.

Why we collect it

Form data is used to send you what you asked for and to reply to you. Page view data is used to understand which arguments on this site people actually read, which is the only feedback a site like this gets.

We do not sell it, trade it, or transfer it to anyone for their own use.

Where it goes

Form submissions and page view records are stored in a Microsoft Azure SQL database. Email is delivered through Resend. The site is hosted on Microsoft Azure, which keeps standard server logs as part of normal hosting operation. Each of those providers processes the data on our instruction and for no other purpose.

How long we keep it

Form submissions, page view records, and email logs are retained for 36 months and then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to bradley@bradleywpetersen.com and say which of those you want. We do not require you to explain why.

Children

This is a site about industrial and clinical operations management. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, the change will appear here with a new effective date rather than being made quietly.
